Your first visit will consist of a get acquainted period and a preliminary examination. Dr. Norton likes to meet all new patients and discuss their desires before starting any treatment.
We might take Dental Radiographs (X-rays), photographs and/or molds of your teeth to determine what treatment is necessary. Then Dr. Norton will have a Conference to discuss options and fees with you.
Every patient is unique, and therefore treatment may range from simple to complex. We encourage you to ask questions to get a better understanding of your treatment plan, and you are welcome to bring a spouse or significant other.
We will also ask you to complete the following forms. Feel free to download, print and fill them out ahead of time. You may fax the completed forms to us at 812-476-4677 or simply bring them to your appointment.
